 OUR HISTORY...  Our Beginning Royal Construction, Inc. was created in 1990 as a continuation of Pabich Homes, Inc. Jerry Pabich, who was the founder of Pabich Homes, Inc., started the business in 1969. Jerry continues to play a role within Royal Construction, Inc. as our Scheduling/Quality Control Expert. Our New Focus For the past 35 plus years, Pabich Homes and Royal Construction have been known for their "Quality Construction" and attention to the small details. As according to plan Royal Construction has diversified from primarily custom built homes into land development for single/multi-family homes as well as commercial construction consisting of professional offices and industrial buildings. Our Experience With the addition of Tim Pabich, Royal Construction has developed a strong reputation within the commercial/industrial building area. Tim Pabich graduated from the Construction Management Program at UW-Stout in 1980. Tim trained and progressed to project Manager/Superintendent for a number of large construction companies in the Twin Cities Metro Area and St. Louis, MO. His active involvement in the site layout, planning, design and construction of general office, industrial and medical buildings ( including Hospitals), etc... has proven to be an invaluable asset upon his return to Royal Construction in 1990. |
