Recently, our organization completed a 13 bed expansion of one of our assisted living facilities in Eau Claire, WI. We hired Royal construction to handle the general contracting on the project, and are very satisfied with their work. Having used a different general contractor on the initial construction 3 years ago, working with Royal was a breath of fresh air as the process went very smooth, unlike the past. Thus, it is clear we are satisfied with their performance and would recommend them to others.

The team of professionals assigned to our project couldn't have been better! I found the team to be sensitive to the special needs of our cliental and worked well with an extremely tight time frame. Our new addition was completed on time and under budget.

Our tenants are extremely happy with their new apartments. Every employee of Royal Construction and their contractors were attentive and professional.

We recently completed an office expansion project with Royal Construction. The remodel job was finished on time and under budget, and for us, that was perfect. Royal Construction remained committed to the project from the beginning with an emphasis on detail and practicality. Not only was this project done on time, the whole crew was extremely consciences during regular business hours which allowed us to continue to do our jobs during the remodel process.

In particular, Brian Bessinger was professional and efficient in his approach to the job. He has great communication skills, was very attentive to our needs and supportive of our thoughts and opinions. He represents Royal Construction very well.

It has been a pleasure working with Royal Construction.

Due to changes in the space necessary for our office, we looked to Royal Construction for direction in how to make these changes a reality. We were impressed by the professionalism shown from start to finish. All aspects were completed in a timely manner and our office move went as planned.

General contractors in this area that are capable of not only building out a lease space for a new tenant like RJF, but willing to purchase our exisiting building to make the deal happen, are difficult to come by.

In addition, the quality and workmanship was second to none. It was a pleasure working with your on-site superintendent, Scott Schmidt, as well as Dennis Pischer, the project manager for the build-out.

I want to thank you and your entire staff for the great job they did in building our Eau Claire facility. On time, and on budget; what a great combination!

The building is everything we hoped it would be and we are appreciative of the great working relationship Larry and Mark had with your project management team.

Now that the "dust" has settled at Bark River, I just wanted to say "Thank You" for a job well done by the Royal Construction organization in constructing our new facility at Eau Claire.

We at Bark River Culvert & Equipment couldn't be happier with the finished product. As you know building a new building was new to us. I believe the last new Bark River facility was completed in the early 50's. You also knew we were under a tight 6 month schedule to complete this project - which you accomplished. You were also dealing wiht a November 15th start so you had to contend with the winter.

There were a number of people that made this project a success and I want to say thank you again to all of your very capable staff.

Our clubhouse addition/renovation project is virtually complete and the Board of Directors thought a report to the entire membership would be appropriate.

We think it is fair to say that the project was extremely well done and the input we have received from all sides is very favorable. Our membership levels are excellent and, even more importantly, the use of the facility and the course reflects a high level of enthusiasm.

We think this is a reflection of an excellent job done by the Hillcrest staff, Royal Construction (Tim Pabich), and their sub-contractors.

What a nice job!! We assumed it would be years before Beacon House had cupboards, let alone someone will to make it all happen for us. Everyone on our staff is a bit awestruck by the improvements, and in particular how easy you made it all look. Guess that's why they call you guys "craftsmen."

Your "hands on" show of support for Interfaith Hospitality and your belief in the value of community involvement will help to assure that Interfaith Hospitality Network family shelter services will continue in the Eau Claire area.

Thank you especially to Brian Bessinger and Scott Schmidt who worked with us on the lobby rebuild at America's Best Value Inn(ABVI) - Campus View.  We just returned from the International ABVI Conference in Las Vegas where we won a "Best of the Best" award for lobby presentation.  Corporate liked the way our lobby space is utilized and looks inviting for guests.  We feel your work on the project had much to do with this award!  Our suggestions and opinions were listened to and acted upon.  We are very proud of this award and wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work and your commitment to making our vision a reality!
