Valley Villas

Location: Spring Valley, WI
Description: Valley Villas will consist of 20 units in a 20,000 square foot building. It will house a mixture of one-and two-bedroom generously sized units. Groundbreaking took place in November 2009 and the facility is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2010. Cost of the new faciltiy is estimated at $3 million dollars.
Valley Villas is the first of three phases of a new senior living complex in Spring Valley. Phase Two is a new nursing home and phase three is a wellness facility.
